He is founder of ISO International LLC., a firm teaching sustainable principles and practices, and is well known in Wisconsin and around the world for his community leadership.
Prior to starting ISO, International, he was president of a Green Bay based company, Bay Towel, from 1994-2008. Before returning to his native state, Paul led companies in San Francisco, Chicago and Denver for over 20 years.
